Since 2003, Gurmet has specialised in kitchen-trimmed meat – expertly processed, cleaned, and trimmed portions ready for immediate use. The range includes pork and beef cuts in various stages of preparation: portioned, ground, marinated, or sliced into precisely calibrated pieces.

The meat is sourced exclusively from Czech farms and slaughterhouses and processed under continuous veterinary supervision. Gurmet also provides custom processing – slicing, portion weight, dice size, grind texture, and marinades tailored to each client’s requirements. Packaging with freshness and hygiene in mind
Gurmet’s fresh meat is packaged either vacuum-sealed or in protective-atmosphere trays. Vacuum packaging ensures maximum freshness – the meat is processed, packed, and stored immediately after cutting, under conditions that extend shelf life and reduce waste. The packaging also limits contact with the external environment, ensuring a higher hygiene standard during handling.
