How do I become a Bidfood customer?
There are several ways to register with Bidfood. Visit en.bidfood.cz/customer/how-order and choose the option that suits you best. If you are a business owner (e.g. a restaurant or hotel), we will be happy to register you as our customer.
How to order
You can place orders with Bidfood in several ways — through your sales representative, our Customer Service Centre, the e-shop, or the mujBidfood.cz mobile app. Visit en.bidfood.cz/customer/how-order and choose the route that suits you best.
Do I need a company registration number to register?
Yes. We sell only to business customers, most commonly to hospitality operations and retail shops.
Do you deliver to households?
Unfortunately not. We supply business customers only and do not deliver to private individuals. End customers can buy our products at the Nowaco Market store in Kralupy nad Vltavou.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and to selected regions of Hungary, straight to your premises.
For most customers we deliver on weekdays; in the largest cities we can deliver up to twice a day, six days a week.
What is the minimum order value for free delivery?
You can find your current free-delivery threshold after signing in to the e-shop on the My Account page.
Our Customer Service Centre or your sales representative can also confirm your minimum order value and advise the delivery charge if the threshold isn’t met.
Where can I find the latest offers?
You’ll find the current promotional offers for retail and hospitality in the e-shop.
The offer is visible after you sign in (for registered users only).
