Bidfood Czech Republic Group is a leading supplier of food for gastronomy in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and is also expanding its activities on the Hungarian market.

We started modestly in 1990 as the Czech and Slovak representation of the Danish company Nowaco. Thanks to our active approach, reliability and focus on innovation, we now operate modern distribution depots in all three countries and food production facilities in the Czech Republic.
Every day, we deliver over a thousand tons of goods to foodservice establishments, retail stores and international chains – about a quarter of which comes from our own production. Every resident of the Czech Republic and Slovakia knows the Nowaco brand or Prima ice cream.

Our Activities
We develop, manufacture and purchase thousands of food products. We provide free delivery to the HoReCa sector and retail stores. Both our own production and products from other Czech suppliers are exported to three continents.
Our most well-known brands include Prima ice cream, Nowaco frozen and chilled products, and Petron game meat.
In Kralupy nad Vltavou, we operate processing facilities for fish, game, beef, and pork. In Opava, we specialize in sous-vide meat preparation, as well as the production of ice cream, frozen ready meals, vegetables, and bakery products. In Dýšina near Plzeň, we process fresh poultry and produce sausages and cold cuts.

In addition to consultancy, we organize trainings, culinary courses and workshops – either in our Gastrostudios or directly at the customer's site. We are also the organizer of Bidfood Expo, the largest professional gastronomy event in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
We support young talents, educational projects, professional competitions, and leading industry associations – the Association of Chefs and Pastry Chefs of the Czech Republic (AKC ČR), the Junior National Team of AKC ČR, the Czech Association of Hotels and Restaurants (AHR ČR), Jídelny.cz, the Czech Bartenders Association (CBA), and others.
