Sales Representative – Personal Service
You can arrange a visit from your dedicated sales representative through our customer service team. They will guide you through the product range, recommend tailored options, and, if you wish, place an order on the spot. Working with our specialist colleagues, they can also advise you on how to refine your offer and boost profitability.
Electronic Invoices
Delivery notes and invoices are sent to you by email as soon as they are issued. While the standard PDF file serves for reference only, our electronic formats – ISDOC (invoices) and BidXML (invoices and delivery notes) – can be seamlessly imported into your stock management or accounting system.
To activate electronic document delivery, simply contact your sales representative or our customer service team.
