In 2012, Bidfood constructed a technologically advanced facility for the preparation of specialized meats. The pilot project has become the sous-vide cooking technique.
Opava has a long tradition of ice-cream production, dating to 1950s. Many products haven’t changed since although nowadays we are producing it in modern facilities passing all the regulatory and voluntary requirements. Bidfood is the biggest manufacturer of ice-cream in Czech Republic and Slovakia and also an important producer of frozen meals or sous-vide meat.
