Czech Republic - Bidfood Gastrostudio
Located in Kralupy nad Vltavou, the Bidfood Gastrostudio in the Czech Republic is a hub of innovation where food professionals can meet, cook, learn, and create. It is led by Executive Chef Marek Svoboda, an acclaimed culinary figure and certified WACS (Worldchefs) judge.
He is also the author of the cookbook Letem světem and a respected educator with international experience across Europe, the USA, South Korea, India, and Singapore.
What Happens at Our Czech Gastrostudio:

- Professional development under the Bidfood Training Academy (BTA) brand, which guarantees high-quality certified programs
The Czech Gastro Team Bidfood includes highly experienced chefs who collaborate in product development, testing, menu creation, and full-scale gastronomic concepts. Many have competed or judged at international culinary events, including the Culinary Olympics.
Slovakia - Bidfood Gastroštúdio
Bidfood Slovakia operates two modern Culinary Studios – one in Nové Mesto nad Váhom, and the other in Prešov.
These spaces are designed for:
- Hands-on cooking workshops
- Product demos and presentations
- Professional seminars and events
Each studio features mobile kitchen elements, allowing flexible configurations for interactive experiences where participants cook alongside our chefs. Continuous investment ensures state-of-the-art equipment and alignment with global trends.
Slovak culinary team
The Slovak culinary team is composed of professionals with strong backgrounds in leading restaurants, international competitions, and institutional catering. Thanks to their hands-on experience, they introduce practical, trend-aware solutions tailored to the real-world needs of chefs and guests.
Our Slovak team also regularly collaborates with culinary guests from abroad – including chefs from the Czech Republic, Italy, and New Zealand.

WACS judge, author, and national culinary coach. Head of the Bidfood Training Academy in the Czech Republic.
Jiří Lebl
Deputy Head of Czech Gastrostudio
Experienced chef, supporting daily operations and course preparation.
Marek Madzik
Executive Chef Bidfood Slovakia
WACS judge, participant in the IKA Culinary Olympics 2016 & 2024 with two bronze medals. Formerly based in Germany, Italy, and Sweden.
Ján Duda
Executive Chef Bidfood Slovakia
President of Euro-Toques Slovakia, member of World Master Chef Society and Aregala Slovakia. He is also known from Slovak national TV, where he regularly inspires viewers through culinary shows.
