Bidfood Opava: Frozen meals
Bidfood continues the traditional production of frozen ready meals, which have been produced in Opava since the 1960s. To this day, we are using original recipe from the year 1976 to make croquettes Nowaco.
We are preparing all meals in the traditional way, however in a much more modern facility. The production line makes 1 000 kg of meals per hour. The most favorite item is coated fried cheese. It is made in all shapes and sizes and from all kinds of cheese.
The yearly production amounts to 4 000 tons. HoReCa items are branded Nowaco and traditional Czech meals are branded Dobroty babičky Kláry.
