Bidfood Kralupy: Fresh meat and semi-finished meat
In our modern operation is working trained personnel, highly skilled butchers with many years of experience. They cut and process the meat for customers, not only the fresh meat but also a wide range of semi-finished products. The most popular is minced meat, barbecue sausages, burgers and wine sausages.
We produce 10 tonnes of meat and semi-finished products in Kralupy nad Vltavou every day. Many of them, sold under the Gurmet brand, can boast the Czech Food logo, which can only be used for products made in the Czech Republic from Czech ingredients.
Modern machines and variable packaging options
In the production process, we try to meet our customers' requirements as much as possible. Our customers from the gastronomy industry can choose various parameters of the final product, such as the granulating or the exact weight of the slices. This is achieved with the slicing calibration machine. However, we can also chop, roll, dice or marinate the meat.
We are able to wrap our meat and meat specialties in various ways - in protective atmosphere, vacuum or in increasingly popular skins.
