Originally founded as Drůbež Dýšina, the brand now offers a wide range of raw, ready-to-use meat specialities – not only poultry – designed to simplify preparation in professional kitchens. From marinated cuts and skewers to generously filled roulades, DD makes kitchen operations easier and more efficient.
Production under strict control
The Bidfood Dýšina production plant (formerly Mrazírny Plzeň–Dýšina) underwent major modernisation in 2017. Today it includes a cutting room, processing area, and packing line covering about 800 m². All production takes place under strict hygiene standards, with an emphasis on manual processing and clean recipes free from unnecessary additives.
