The Bravur brand was launched in 2020, but its roots go back to 2018, when Bidfood began its own deli meat production in Dýšina near Plzeň.
Today, Bravur offers a wide range of products: chicken, turkey, and pork hams in three quality grades (standard, selected, and premium), bacon, sausages, frankfurters, smoked meats, soft salamis, and traditional Czech specialities. All Bravur hams stand out with their high meat content, significantly exceeding typical market standards.
