Fresh Fruit and Vegetables
Since its founding in 1991, Tekoo has become one of the leading fruit and vegetable suppliers in the Czech Republic. The company is based in Uherský Brod, where it operates a refrigerated warehouse covering over 6,000 m², banana ripening chambers, and a processing facility.
Import and Sourcing
We offer a wide range of products – from apples to zucchini. We import fresh fruit and vegetables primarily from major European suppliers. Wherever possible, we prioritise sourcing from local farmers. A significant portion of our assortment comes from Czech and Slovak harvests.
We ensure strict quality control at every stage. Our addressable storage system enables full traceability – from the product’s origin all the way to the place and time of customer delivery.
Packing and Custom Processing
We sort fresh produce by size or weight and then pack it accordingly. In addition, vegetables are cleaned, peeled, and – for selected types – also cut. This helps customers save time and reduce processing costs and waste – they only pay for what they actually use. Popular items are peeled carrots or onions. We also offer customised processing based on individual customer needs.
Our site in Uherský Brod includes pressurised banana ripening chambers, allowing us to distribute bananas all year round in the desired quality and ripeness.
Customer Service
We understand that different customers have different needs – from small stores to restaurants, logistics hubs and wholesalers. We respond to specific customer requests individually and offer strong sales support aimed at increasing retail standards and efficiency.
Reliable Distribution
Over 60 of our own vehicles provide daily deliveries of fresh fruit and vegetables. Transport is free of charge across Moravia and western Slovakia. Naturally, we guarantee timely delivery and proper temperature control throughout transport.
